Our company "Astarta-Kyiv" invites you to join the team of "Leading specialist in organizational development".

Your key tasks in the position:

• Analysis of proposals for changes in the current organizational structures and the number of personnel of enterprises;
• Preparation of analytical materials and projects for the management of the company;
• Development of unified staff lists of enterprises, in particular in the part of job titles;
• Support implementation of organizational changes in the 1C system (approval and editing of applications, updating of structures and staff positions);
• Administration of directories in the 1C system: "Organization units", "Positions", "Organizational structure";
• Organization and support of health insurance programs and provision of subscriptions to sports clubs for employees;
• Contract support with FOPs (approvals, payments, reporting).

To be successful in the position, you will need

• 2 years of work experience in the field;
• confident user 1C;
• attentiveness, systematicity, responsibility.
