Leading specialist in legal and economic support of procedures

Kyiv | Ukraine (UA) | Full time | Term 

Main responsibilities:

  • Interaction with suppliers to support regulatory activities: work with contracts, additional agreements, specifications, approval of documentation in the internal corporate system, control of payment of bills. 
  • Organization and support of the department's document flow in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Formation of the department's annual and half-yearly operating expenses budget with monthly updating.
  • Support/update of global and local regulatory databases.
  • Cooperation within the scope of one's powers with enterprises, institutions, organizations on issues related to the work of the department.
  • Issuance of memos for obtaining powers of attorney as part of regulatory activities.
  • Organization of financial reporting: closing of currency control, control of circulation of acts, expense reserves.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Work experience in a similar position from 1 year.
  • Preferably legal, economic education.
  • Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Attention to detail, organization and structure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Purposefulness and result orientation.
