Requirements for candidates:

• Full higher education in the relevant field of training (master, specialist);
• Experience in solving a complex of tasks, related to land management;
• English language skills not lower than B1 level is desirable;
• PC skills: "Digitals", Regulation+, AutoCAD, MS Office, SAP.

Basic functional duties:

• verification and coordination of the boundaries of the enterprise's land plots with adjacent land users in accordance with the provided land management documentation;
• verification of the land management documentation developed by land management organizations for enterprise;
• execution of works on conclusion (renewal, termination) of land lease contracts of the enterprise;
• carrying out state registration of other property rights to land plots (rent, easement);
• verification of the correctness (reliability) of the calculation of the normative monetary valuation of land plots.
