Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for the development of interactive distance courses and other educational materials, implementation of innovative educational solutions
• Responsible for the administration of educational products (downloading educational materials, creating educational programs, managing user access, monitoring and analysis efficiency with the use of reports
• Responsible for advisory support to users of the LMS system and internal customers (processing of incoming user requests, providing advice on the use of LMS and solving technical problems, identifying and eliminating errors in the operation of LMS systems)
• Responsible for supporting the team of the distance learning group (mentoring junior specialists, checking the developed training materials and providing feedback communication, interaction with the head of the group for the implementation of innovative educational solutions)
• Participates in department and group projects (implementation of projects on the implementation of new distance learning tools, search and adaptation of innovative methods in the field of e-learning, promotion of automation of learning processes)

We invite you to an interview,if you have:

• Proficiency in distance course development tools at a high level (Storyline Articulate, Rise, H5P, etc.)
• Skills in creating interactive courses, multimedia materials and tests
• Knowledge of distance learning techniques
• Experience in writing technical documentation and user guides
• Proficiency in scripting tools with type storytelling
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Experience with user roles in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Analytics and reporting skills
• Experience testing updates and implementing new features in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in accounting systems user: Excel
• English language at a level sufficient to work with technical documentation
• Communication skills, analytical thinking, proactivity, adaptability
• Attention to details, ability to work in a team
• Organized
• High level of responsibility and self-organization
