NovaPay Financial Company (GK Nova) in connection with the expansion of the staff announces a competition for the vacancy "Leading distance learning specialist"

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience in the field of organization of the educational process in the SDN of a large company (from 1000 people)  from 2 years.
• Skills in the administration of processes of remote training of employees.
• Skills in the formation of TOR for revision, testing updates for technical support specialists.
• A confident user of the MS Office package, the ability to work in specialized programs for the development of electronic courses (CourseLab, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.), programs for creating design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) and animations (Adobe Flash).
• Desirable experience in working with distance learning systems: WebTutor, Collaborstor, Moodle (Moco), etc.
• Knowledge of programs: JavaScript, Flash (ActionScript), Xml, Html, MSSQL (mySQL), CSS, C - similar languages, PHP, Java will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility and attention to details, desire to work in a team, self-organization, skills in working with a large amount of information.

Main tasks:

• Collection and consolidation of information about the professional training needs of the branch network staff.< /li>
• Acceptance and uploading of training materials to the distance learning system (DSL) and to the Company’s training portal.
• Checking, implementation and support of training courses and tests.
• Appointment of training programs to the Company's employees.
• Monitoring employees' completion of remote training programs and generating reports based on the results of the training.
• Interaction with IT specialists and technical support of SDN - formation of technical specifications for revision, testing of updates, detection failures and errors that lead to incorrect operation of the SDN.
• Formation and approval of normative documents on training.
• Interaction with external contractors regarding the purchase of software, the creation of tender documentation and payment for the purchase
