As a Digital Fundraiser, you will play a key role in the development of the organization's digital fundraising: increase brand awareness, attract new donors and create effective online campaigns. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of digital fundraising strategies, working with various communication channels - with a particular focus on paid advertising, email marketing and donor engagement.
Your skills in market analysis, audience behavior research and digital marketing innovation will help us create inspiring campaigns that will motivate people support TCHU and will make our organization even more visible in the sector of non-profit initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of digital fundraising campaigns to attract, attract and retain donors.
- Management of paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and conversions.
- Creation and optimization of email marketing campaigns to maintain relations with donors.
- Analysis of audience behavior and effectiveness of campaigns to improve strategies.
- Collaboration with content creators to create exciting materials for fundraising.
- Control of the work of the outsourcing company, ensuring that the project meets the goals of the organization.
- Budget management: control budgets for individual fundraising campaigns, forecasting and performance tracking against KPIs.
- Monitoring industry trends and implementing best practices in digital fundraising.
- Controll digital campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO) and other online initiatives to improve the organization's online presence and lead generation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for relevant stakeholders including team members, management and donors. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of campaign performance against set KPIs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create content for various fundraising campaigns including email appeals, social media posts, website content, case studies, success stories and materials for fundraising events.
- Cooperation with key partners of the Red Cross Movement to coordinate joint campaigns.
- Creation and testing of digital assets corresponding to the brand of the Ukrainian Red Cross for use in campaigns on various media platforms.
- Content Creation: Produce content for various fundraising campaigns, including email appeals, social media posts, website content, case studies, success stories, and fundraising event materials.
- Collaborate with key Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement partners in the EU and beyond to coordinate joint campaigns.
- Create and test digital assets aligned with the Red Cross brand for use in campaigns across various media platforms.
General duties:

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, sales or public relations, with emphasis on digital advertising
- High level of computer literacy, including working with email, MS Office and other business and marketing tools
- Proven ability to manage digital advertising projects and coordinate work with external agencies
- Confident command of digital marketing tools, social media and marketing automation platforms
- Practical experience setting up and managing paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Understanding of marketing funnels and paths conversions
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns
- Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, SendPulse or similar platforms) will be a plus
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative marketing strategies
- Ability to write texts and create effective communication materials will be an advantage
- Preferred basic skills graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Experience in non-profit organizations or social projects will be an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills: effective time management, ability to work in multitasking modeand determine priorities
