Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring the timeliness and high quality of the examination of all types of credit projects (issuance of new loans, restructuring, change of terms, etc.)
• Writing a credit proposal that includes an in-depth analysis of all key risks project: business risks, industry risks, market risks, financial condition risks and transaction risks
• Preparation and defense of credit projects before the Credit Committee / Bank Board, including in English
• Processing of applications, including pooling of application pools by customer groups or by products
• Calculation of lending limits for overdraft products, in particular for clients with individual conditions
• Responsibility for the quality of the analysis, prepared materials and credit proposal
• Risk analysis based on comments from internal services, approval of decisions regarding the further processing of the credit project with the head of management

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance and credit, banking, management, law or related specialties)
• 5+ years of work experience in a bank or financial institution in relevant analytical positions (chief specialist/credit analyst, underwriting or risk division)
• 3+ years of experience working in banks with foreign capital in risk or business divisions
• 3+ years of practical project protection experience at the Credit Committee level and above
• In-depth knowledge and skills in writing a credit proposal for a Borrower/group of borrowers and project protection at collegial bodies, including in English in language
• Perfect knowledge of approaches to the financial analysis of legal entities (including Corporate business, FOP, Groups of enterprises), formulas for calculating coefficients, including forecast indicators
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting of legal entities according to IFRS standards and the ability to conduct financial analysis of reports prepared according to these standards
• Knowledge of trends and peculiarities of the branches of the national economyand their development prospects
• Knowledge of the approaches used in investment and leasing lending
• Confident user of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
