The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSHU) announces a competition for the position of Leading Resource Mobilization Specialist in the interregional office in Vinnytsia.

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.

General duties: 

• Actively work to achieve the goals of the TCHHU.
• Adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
• Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher education in the field of management, social sciences, marketing,

fundraising, project management or related fields.

• Work experience of at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization,

project management or organizational development. (or relevant experience in sales or marketing)

• Experience coordinating teams.
• Strategic thinking, systematic, ability to work with a large amount of

information.

• Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate processes, establish

partnerships.

• Experience in preparing and implementing training products.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of data to

assess effectiveness, form conclusions and recommendations.

• Ability to coordinate the work of teams, facilitate processes and build

effective communications.

• Deep understanding of modern approaches to fundraising, in particular

individual donations, work with business, grantwriting and social

entrepreneurship.

• Experience in writing grant applications and interacting with donors (state,

private, international).

• Skills in public speaking and conducting presentations.

Languages:

• English - from B1
• Ukrainian - fluent
