We are looking for a Leading recruitment specialist Poltava.

Future tasks:

• search, selection, evaluation of candidates for vacancies;
• accompanying recruitments/transfers/dismissals of personnel;
• conducting interviews upon dismissal of employees.
• cooperation with higher educational institutions to attract students, graduates for vacancies.

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• higher education; 
• work experience in the field of recruitment from 1 year in large companies;
• personal qualities and skills: achievement orientation, sociability, negotiation skills, focus on the internal client, proactive life position.
