What needs to be done: ensure the selection of personnel for the company's open vacancies (mainly labor specialties); conduct interviews with candidates; prepare job descriptions and publish them on job sites; daily maintain a database of candidates to participate in projects involving personnel and the employer's brand. Our expectations: availability of higher education; 1 year of experience in mass recruitment; high level of MS Office (Outlook, Excel); knowledge of search tools, including candidate attraction skills; willingness to work with automated systems and look for new solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.
