We are looking for a specialist who will: Search and recruit personnel of various levels (from line specialists to top managers in the sales, marketing divisions...). Organize and conduct interviews (independently and with customers). Analyze the effectiveness of search channels and search for new channels of attracting specialists. Collect recommendations for final candidates. Accompany the admission and adaptation of candidates to the corporation (preparation of prescribed documents for admission, holding a welcome presentation on the corporation, support of a new employee on various issues during the trial period. Analyze the labor market in accordance with plans and requests. Prepare HR reporting. Conduct administrative work on the recruiting function - payment of invoices, agreement of contracts, reporting for the accounting department. Participate in projects of the HR department.
