We are looking for an experienced recruiter for an international legal company that has been successfully working in Ukraine for many years and has representative offices in Germany and Great Britain.

It is important for company candidates:

• 3 years of experience in recruiting specialists and managers;
• Owning modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates (executive search, boolean search, headhunting, etc.);
• High communication skills and presentation skills and the ability to successfully use networking;
• English at the intermediate level or above will be an advantage.

The duties will include:

• Communication with heads of divisions, application formation and vacancy approval;
• Search and recruitment of personnel (legal specialties and administrative staff);
• Working with various search channels (direct search, job sites, Linkedin, recommendations, headhunting);
• Negotiations, interviews with potential candidates, determination of their needs, testing, feedback and building long-term relationships;
• Maintenance of the candidate database;
• Organization of interviews of candidates with department heads and support at all stages of negotiations;
• Onboarding of candidates. li>
