What we will entrust to you:

• Organization and management of mass recruitment processes in the assigned region (subordination - 3 recruiters.)
• Search for personnel of the administrative branch of markets (store managers)
• Control of the correctness of available vacancies in stores in the assigned region
• Coordination of the HR market monitoring process
• Formation of reporting on key HR metrics
• Control and identification of reasons for staff turnover in stores in the assigned region region
• Coordination of HR projects: internal outsourcing, mobile team in a given region

What do we expect from you?:

• Successful experience in mass recruitment (retail / FMCG, production - an advantage)
• Experience in recruiting administrative personnel (managers, deputies)
• Understanding the full cycle of recruiting
• Skills for working with non-standard channels for attracting personnel
• Ability to work with HR analytics and basic metrics
• Analytical thinking and the ability to find reasons for staff turnover
• Skills for coordinating projects and interacting with different departments
• Independence, systematicity, orientation as a result
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
