What you will do:

Collect recommendations from previous places of work for candidates at the Job-offer stage.
Perform direct search and hunting of candidates on all available platforms and sources. Conducting initial contact with a potential candidate, preparing and gathering information for handover to HRD contact.
Managing the full recruiting cycle (candidate database/status updates/advanced comments) in the Hurma CRM system.
Provide timely feedback to interviewed candidates.

Working conditions:

Fully remote work.
We provide the necessary resources for an effective direct search (also the budget for the necessary tools for sourcing automation).
Deep internal expertise in HR and support in professional development: a system of detailed job profiles, a formed competency model, fast feedback, established adaptation processes.
Salary: a fixed rate of $1,200 for a trial period of 2 months, after $1,200 + a quarterly bonus of up to $600 for selected candidates who have successfully passed the trial period (an average of 3 - 4 vacancies per month).
Full time from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (lunch break at the conveniencetime for you).
24 calendar days of paid vacation, paid sick days.
Day off on your birthday.
