Purpose of the position
Ensuring uninterrupted staffing of the linear and support staff of the dark kitchen network (cooks, couriers, administrators, etc.) with minimal closing periods and high quality of hiring. Development and implementation of an effective mass recruiting system, management of recruiters and personnel recruitment channels.
Main areas of responsibility
Management by recruiting
- Development and implementation of a line personnel selection system in accordance with the operational goals of the network
- Formation and optimization of recruiting processes: from application to employee exit
- Development and implementation of communication standards, screening and onboarding of new employees
- Labor market analysis (rates, competitors, trends) and regular adjustment of the employer's offer
- Reporting and recruiting analytics: staffing, channel efficiency, vacancy closing rate, etc.
Operational recruitment management
- Setting tasks and coordinating the work of recruiters/freelancers
- Control of the timely closing of vacancies in each kitchen
- Preparation and posting of announcements on all channels (Work.ua, OLX, Telegram, Facebook, etc.)
- Management of CRM/HRM systems (maintenance of the candidate database, stages of the funnel, analysts)
- Primary screening, telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Control of communication with candidates at all stages (speed of response, feedback)
- Development and maintenance of the referral program (recruitment of personnel through employees)
- Interaction with external services and educational institutions
Administration and reporting
- Checking the correctness of filling out questionnaires and documents during hiring
- Preparation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the operations director
- Performance analysis sources and conversions in the recruitment funnel
- Recruiting budget management
- Supervision of the corporate group in Telegram
- Preparation of regulations and procedures
- Organization of meetings (twice a month)
Requirements for the candidate
- Experience in recruiting from 3 years, of which at least 1 year is in mass selection (HoReCa, retail, delivery)
- Successful experience in managing recruiters, freelancers
- Owning mass recruiting tools: social networks, targeted advertising, OLX, Telegram channels, offline search
- Understanding the specifics of the dark kitchen/restaurant business will be an advantage
- Analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets, ATS/HRM/CRM)
- Developed communication and management skills
- Resistance to stress, responsibility, initiative, results-oriented
- Location in Kyiv
