Responsibilities:

• Searching and attracting candidates through social networks, databases, recommendations;

• Conducting telephone and online interviews;

• Consulting about vacancies and conditions jobs;

• Maintenance of the candidate database, support until departure;

• Cooperation with partners and employers abroad.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting or sales will be an advantage (you can without experience - we teach);

• Communication, responsibility, activity;

• Proficiency in Russian language at the level of free communication and correspondence, as most of the clients are foreigners;

• Confident use of a PC, messengers and spreadsheets;

• Result orientation and desire to earn.

Working conditions:

• Office in Lviv (Holovatskoho St., 23);

• Full employment, schedule Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00;

• Trial period — 1 week;
