Requirements:

• Experience in mass recruitment in large service, retail, logistics companies WILL BE A PLUS;
• Skills of working with the CRM system;
• High communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.

Duties:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment;
• Management of the recruiting department in the region;
• Interaction with internal by recruitment customers from the stage of creating an application to an employee undergoing an internship;
• Visits to pharmacies (as needed);
• Formation of a personnel reserve;
• Control of compliance with corporate standards;< /li>
• Monitoring of salaries;
• Formation of necessary reporting.

Working conditions:

• Schedule Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:00 (hybrid work format possible);
