- Conducting primary interview and assessment of potential applicants;

- Completing reports;

- Cooperation with the HR department and company management for development strategies for attracting and retaining talented employees.

Requirements:

-Ability to take responsibility, search for information and work to anticipate.

- High level of communication skills;

- Knowledge of modern methods of recruiting and conducting negotiations;

- PC proficiency at the level of a confident user;
