The largest national retail network ATB-MARKET in Ukrainerequesting a job for a Leading Recruitment Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

• full cycle of recruitment for vacancies at the Company's Head Office: posting vacancies on job sites , social networks, active and passive search for candidates, conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates;
• adaptation of new employees;
• monitoring and assessment of the labor market;
• maintenance of candidate database;
• preparation of reports on work results.

Main requirements:

• work experience from 1 year in a similar position;
• experience in recruitment of various levels of complexity (office vacancies);
• possession of modern methods of personnel selection and evaluation;
• high level of responsibility and self-organization;
• communication skills at a high level.
