Main duties:

• Search and selection of specialists for vacancies in the Management Company and enterprises of the group
• Closing of vacancies by methods of classical recruitment, direct search
• Development and implementation of strategy/plan closing vacancies
• Active work with job sites, social and professional networks
• Conducting telephone, online and personal interviews with candidates
• Communication with internal customers, organization of meetings
• Labor market research
• Formation of internal reporting based on work results
• Active participation in HR projects of the company

Working conditions:

• Full time, work in the office, Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00/ 10:00-19:00
