Knowledge of resolutions, orders, orders, methodical, normative and other management materials for product quality management. Knowledge of the system of state supervision, interdepartmental and departmental control over product quality. Knowledge of planning methods improving product quality. Knowledge of types of production defects, methods for their prevention and elimination. Responsibilities: Ensures the performance of tasks to improve the quality of manufacturing products that are developed and produced, performed works (services), supervises the activities of the company's divisions to ensure product compliance the current level of development of science and technology, the needs of the domestic market, export requirements, etc. Participates in the development, improvement and implementation of the quality management system, creation of standards and norms of quality indicators, monitors their compliance. Analyzes the necessary information and quality indicators that characterize the products being developed and produced, takes measures to prevent the production of products that do not meet the established requirements. Investigates the reasons for the deterioration of the quality of products (works, services), the release of defects, participates in the development and implementation of measures to eliminate them. Prepares conclusions on the compliance of the quality of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, and component products received by the enterprise with current standards, technical conditions, and prepares documents for presenting claims to suppliers. Participates in the creation of enterprise standards for quality management, in the preparation of products for certification and attestation, in the preparation of measures related to the implementation of standards and technical conditions for the products produced by the enterprise, as well as in the development and implementation of the most advanced systems and control methods, which involve the mechanization and automation of control operations and the creation of the necessary means for this purpose, including means of non-destructive control. Participates in the development of methods and instructions for ongoing quality control of works in the process of manufacturing products, in testing finished products and drawing up documents certifying their quality.
