Future tasks:

• supporting procurement operations: maintaining procurement databases , distribution of purchase applications, provision of tender selection of suppliers, support of procurement systems and tools, analysis and preparation of reports, provision of necessary analytical information for decision-making;
• development and implementation of procurement process optimization technologies;

• participation in projects, the purpose of which is to improve processes in the field of procurement, as well as improvement / modernization of functions of procurement activity;
• construction of new processes and development of regulatory documents;
• support Databases of suppliers and methodologies for assessing supplier risks;
• implementation and assessment of 360 suppliers of the Bank;
• ensuring the initial and repeated identification and verification of suppliers of the Bank: tracking of companies subject to verification, initiation inspections with the participation of other structural units of the Bank, maintaining a database of inspection statuses, etc..
• administration of electronic procurement systems, timely modernization of system functions in accordance with the rules of conducting procurement activities, consulting in the selection of strategies for conducting contests / tenders;

• consulting other divisions of the bank on the processes and procedures of procurement activities;
• supporting the process of change management and carrying out official communication of the Office;

• Higher education.
• work experience: from 3 years
• knowledge of standard MS Office programs and ABS "SAP for banking »;
• knowledge of the English language - English, (French - welcome).
