And currently we are considering the resumes of the candidates for the position: chief specialist in procurement of goods and material values of the Eastern procurement and logistics center (in the village of Donets).

Basic tasks:

• satisfaction of production needs in the purchase of goods and materials, with the maximum possible economic efficiency (analysis and monitoring of the market for goods and materials, using all available analytical resources; formation

  and expansion of the database counterparties)

  ;
• organization of timely, planned and comprehensive provision of units with the necessary goods and material values in accordance with the nomenclature (including processing of purchase applications that were sent to work, carrying out procedures for the purchase of goods and material values in compliance with internal regulatory documents of the Company, Naftogaz Group and current legislation of Ukraine);
• procurement planning and procurement execution control.

Main requirements:

• full higher technical, economic or legal education (master's degree, specialist);
• work experience in the field of public procurement from 2 years, or in the field of commercial procurement from 3 years;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of public procurement;
• knowledge and ability to use electronic procurement/sales systems and modern analytical and market monitoring tools;
• understanding of the procurement process (theoretical and practical skills);
• as an advantage - SAP, ERP, One Drive
