Your main responsibilities will be: ensuring the reliable and uninterrupted operation of engineering systems (electrical networks, electrical installations, GRSH, TP, DGU, heat/gas networks, water supply and drainage); development and organization of the implementation of service regulations, instructions for the operation of electrical networks and electrical equipment of "Silpo" chain stores; control, verification of pricing for services and repairs; planning and control of the implementation of the budget for repairs and scheduled maintenance; planning, control, analysis and reporting of regular work on the company's facilities; analysis and development of an action plan to optimize costs for technical operation; participation in the operation commission during the commissioning of the store. For the job you will need: higher technical education; power engineer, energy audit engineer, engineer for the operation and repair of electrical equipment or real estate objects - from 3 years; knowledge of the principles of engineering systems (electricity supply, heat supply, gas supply, water supply, drainage); knowledge of the requirements of DBN, SNIP, DSTU . engineering networks and equipment; experience of organizational work in the Customer's service under outsourcing conditions, experience of commissioning real estate objects (after completion of construction or reconstruction).
