LEAD PERSONNEL SPECIALIST
(DIRECTION OF STAFF SELECTION AND ADAPTATION)
Requirements:
- higher education (specialist or master's degree) in the relevant field of expertise ("Management", "Law", "Public management and administration", or related specialties)
- work experience - from two years, including at least one year in the field of personnel management or recruiting
- knowledge of labor legislation
- PC skills at the level of a confident user
- high level of responsibility and initiative
- orientation on results
- communicability, stress resistance
Responsibilities:
- organizing and conducting the search and initial selection of personnel with the necessary qualifications for the Branch's divisions, according to the results of the analysis of personnel needs, in accordance with the developed and approved rules and procedures, in order to achieve the established rate of closed vacancies
- working with Job-sites, central offices, etc.
- conducting telephone and personal interviews, organization of interviews of candidates with department heads
- participation in psychological and professional testing of candidates
- maintenance of a database of potential candidates and support of the internal database of employees
- formation of the personnel reserve of the Branch
- study of the state of the labor market, salary level, social programs in order to determine the sources of supply of the necessary personnel and to develop recruitment concepts
- reporting on recruitment personnel
participation in the organization and implementation of the process of adaptation of newly hired employees, in order to achieve the planned percentage of newly hired employees who successfully passed the adaptation
participation in projects for the development and training of personnel for the professional improvement of employees
Terms jobs:
- official employment
- working week: Mon.-Thurs. from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.;
- lunch break 12-00-12-45
