Requirements:
- higher education
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- experience in closing technical and administrative vacancies of all levels
- participation in the creation and support of HR processes: onboarding, holding 1to1 meetings, other adaptation measures
- ability to simultaneously work with different areas of recruitment
- organization, focus on results
- knowledge of English at B1, B2 level
Main tasks:
- search, selection and adaptation of personnel (tech, non-tech vacancies)
- maintenance of candidate database and formation of personnel reserve
- full support of the process of employment of new employees
- conduct a full range of adaptation measures
- monitoring and analysis of the labor market, analysis of the effectiveness of search channels
- preparation of recruitment reports
- participation in HR department projects
