The financial company "NovaPay" (the NOVA group of companies) in connection with the expansion of the staff, announces a competition for the vacancy of "Leading personnel manager"

Requirements:

• higher education
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• experience in closing technical and administrative vacancies of all levels
• participation in the creation and support of HR processes: onboarding, holding 1to1 meetings, other adaptation measures
• ability to simultaneously work with different areas of recruitment
• organization, focus on results
• knowledge of English at B1, B2 level

Main tasks:

• search, selection and adaptation of personnel (tech, non-tech vacancies)
• maintenance of candidate database and formation of personnel reserve
• full support of the process of employment of new employees
• conduct a full range of adaptation measures
• monitoring and analysis of the labor market, analysis of the effectiveness of search channels
• preparation of recruitment reports
• participation in HR department projects
