We are currently looking for Leading HR Manager

🤞 Expectations from the candidate: /p>

• work experience in a similar position from 2 years
• experience in closing technical and administrative vacancies of all levels
• developed skills sourcing
• participation in the creation and support of HR processes: onboarding, conducting 1-to-1 meetings, Exit
• ability to simultaneously work with different areas of recruitment
• communication skills at a high level
• structure, organization and result-oriented

✔Will be an advantage:

• English at the level B1+
• work experience in financial companies/banks

📍 Main tasks:

• search, selection and adaptation of personnel (tech, non-tech vacancies)
• maintaining a database of candidates and forming a personnel reserve
• preparation of documents for employment of new employees
• implementation of a full range of adaptation measures
• monitoring and analysis of the labor market, analysis of the effectiveness of search channels
• preparation of reports
• participation in HR department projects
