Leading personnel manager in Trans Logistik, PP

The main duties in this position: reception and processing of applications for the selection of personnel from customers; search, selection and adaptation of personnel ; assessment, training and development of personnel; analysis of the labor market, monitoring; management of personnel records; management of military records. Desires for experience and professional skills of candidates: higher education; experience of working in similar positions for at least 2 years; experience of effective recruitment of personnel of various levels; knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine; experience of managing personnel records; ability to work in multitasking mode, responsibility, attentiveness, sociability. Schedule work: 5/2 Mon.-Fri. 09:00 - 18:00. Work in the office. Location: str. Akademika Chekmaryova, 3 (Nagornoy Rynyku district).
