Responsibilities:

1. Determining the need for personnel.
2. Timely staffing of new stores with administrative and ordinary staff, closing vacancies on administrative positions in existing stores. 
3. Timely closure of office vacancies in the region.
4. Formation and maintenance of a database of external and internal personnel reserves.
5. Review and improvement of working conditions in the stores of the retail network.
6. Coordination of training of administrative staff of stores in regions.
7. Coordinating the activities of personnel managers of the regional management service.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge and work experience in the 1C program (Salaries and Personnel, 8.1).
2. Knowledge КЗпП.
3. Attention.

5. Ability to learn.
