We invite to the team a sensitive and open, at the same time ambitiousA leading manager withstaff who is interested in developing in the following tasks:< /p>
- qualitatively integrate into current processes and effectively manage the pool of vacancies and adaptation maps;
- recruit personnel based on applications through various search channels, including social networks and alternative channels ;
- Conduct interviews using various techniques: psychological, metaprograms, case interviews, etc.
- Create and monitor the implementation of tasks according to the adaptation map;
- Conduct high-quality 1-to-1 meetings with newcomers;
- Conduct recruiting analytics;
- Plan vacancies for periods of a year, half-year, quarter;
- Create strategies for finding complex vacancies< b style="font-weight: 700">;
- Monitor the labor market;
- Create policies that regulate recruitment and adaptation activities.
