Leading personnel inspector in Retail Group

Retail Group is Ukraine's leading trade holding with 25 years of experience in retail, which manages the "Welmart", "Velika Kyshenya" and "VK Express" chains. The holding includes 59 stores with a total area of ​​more than 160,000 square meters, which serve more than 80 million customers every year. The staff has more than 5,500 employees. The holding also includes shopping center chains - "Ekvator", "Multipark", "Turbina" and the security company "Bayard 9".

We invite to the team a Leading HR inspector who will be responsible for procurement, category development and financial results of the department.

Main duties:

• Managing personnel records in accordance with current legislation: admissions, transfers, dismissal of employees, accounting for sick leaves. 
• Submission of established reporting on the movement of personnel to state bodies (PFU, SFS).
• Maintenance of personal files and P-2 personal cards. 
• Preparation of certificates at the request of employees. 
• Maintenance of timesheet accounting. 
• Maintenance of civil-law contracts and acts of completed works related to them. 
• Keeping records of employees of preferential categories, control of reservation quotas.
• Making reservations/de-booking of employees in ACTION. 
• Maintenance of internal reporting and communication with employees on reservation issues.
• Providing advice on labor legislation and reservation procedures to company employees. 
• Carrying out personnel operations in the SAP system.

Requirements for the candidate:

• User of office equipment, personnel programs SAP, Microsoft Excel, BAF - confident user.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Flexibility and proactivity.
