We invite you to join the Specialist /Payroll SpecialistOur ideal C&B specialist:Experience in payroll and bonuses;Able to communicate effectively and understand the basics of analysis;Oriented to results and teamwork;Has a passion for automation to save resources;Wants to influence business growth more than closing tasks "on the list"; Keeps one's finger on the pulse of technological trends :) Minimum set of skills: Understanding of processes and rules of payroll/taxation; General understanding of financial reporting; Good knowledge of Excel, accounting systems; Analytics, attention to details, active in searching decisions; Openness to people and their requests. Your future tasks: Responsibility for the calculation of bonuses for several departments; Participation in the calculation of wages; Analysis and administration of other employee benefits; Participation in the development and adaptation of bonus systems; in 1C (a transition to a new ERP system is planned); Analysis of the average income of employees; Participation in the automation of employee income reports; Providing advice to employees.
