We invite to the team a specialist who will help ensure uninterrupted operational support for bank employees and the stability of daily business processes.

Main duties:

• operational support of network employees for written requests and phone calls on operational and cash matters (YO / FOP / FD);
• reversal of cash documents;
• support of individual tariffs of bank clients;
• development, updating and implementation of technological cards for network employees on operational issues;
• control of network operations in accordance with the requirements of the NBU Resolution No. 18;
• analysis and control of documents received through the client-bank from the UO and FOP;
• control of operations according to sanction lists;
• interaction with adjacent units for prompt resolution of issues.

Our expectations:

• work experience in the banking sector in the relevant direction from 3 years;
• confident command of a PC;
• practical knowledge of ABS B2, IS-Card;
• free orientation in regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine;
• experience of working with CRM systems;
• attention, responsibility, system thinking;
• ability to work in multitasking mode and interact with different teams.
