Requirements
Necessary knowledge and experience:
- Work experience in the banking sector or in the field of financial customer service from 6 months
- Knowledge of banking products will be an advantage
- Fluency in the state business language
- Good computer skills computer, knowledge of the latest applied office programs
- Higher education

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different types of clients
- High responsibility, attention to detail
- Willingness to learn quickly and improve your skills
Responsibilities :
- Providing professional and friendly service to bank clients, including greeting/meeting customers at the branch
- Providing information on various banking products and services, advising customers on choosing the optimal solutions for their financial needs
- Actively selling banking products, identifying customer needs and recommending relevant decisions
- Opening, closing and maintenance of accounts of private clients of the bank - credit cards, cash loans, deposit, insurance products and other financial products of the bank
- Engaging in customer service of FPOs, opening accounts and service
- Carry out cash operations in the event of a change of manager - cashier: payments, currency exchange operations, money transfers, repayment of loans, etc.
- Documentation maintenance
