What we will assign you: Carry out diagnostics of the work of the branded and distribution network of partners/distributors, audits of BTT and the work of the sales team, analysis of their commercial activity with the aim of increasing sales efficiency Develop and organize the implementation of initiatives to increase the efficiency of the trading activity of partners/distributors Organize and participate in practical training of the personnel of partners/distributors regarding the formation of orders, the organization of the work of the sales team, the construction of effective communication with sellers/clients, using modern tools in the sales business. To implement the optimization of business processes of partners and distributors related to the formation of orders and sales of products, the organization of the work of the sales team, the prevention of abuses in sales activities.
