Confident PC user (MSOffice, 1C); Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation and labor economics; Knowledge of the principles of wage formation, methods of material and material incentives; salary or economist with 1 year of work; Tasks of the position: administration and optimization of the salary and motivation system, calculation of bonus payments; analysis of trends in the field of compensation and benefits, development of recommendations for the indexation of salaries and bonuses; Participation in the development of the job grading system; Participation in the development and implementation of the motivation system based on KPI (key performance indicators); Development of a compensation package, a system of bonuses, benefits and awards; Planning and analysis of the wage fund; Participation in the development/development and optimization of the organizational structure: Compilation of staff schedules, job instructions; Development of normative documents on the labor remuneration system; Participation in personnel management projects; analytical and statistical reports.
