Leading IT expert (BAS) / IT-Expert in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

IBF Caritas of Ukraine is looking for a specialist for the position of a Leading IT expert on administration and programming in the BAF UTP program. Responsibilities: Participation in the development and standardization of forms of work, processes, tools, reporting forms and initiatives to improve the quality of service provision, improving the organization's activities in the direction of work in the BAF UTP system. Possession of typical mechanisms and development tools on the BAF platform (1C) ( regular forms). Provide technical support and recommendations to employees on work in the BAF UTP system. Administration of access and work of users in the BAS UTP system; Creation of instructions for users and a description for each process. Requirements: Professional education (preferred); Work experience, administration and adjustment of processes in BAS UTP software from 1 year; Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written); Sufficient command of the English language will be an additional advantage; Ability to work in the dynamics of rapid changes and set priorities in work; Knowledge of the basics of accounting and management accounting 1C. Necessary professional skills: Experience and skills in high-quality performance of tasks within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Knowledge of rules and document management. Experience in working with technical tasks.
