Leading infrastructure engineer, Senior Infrastructure Engineer in GRAVE UKRAYiNA, Strahova kompaniya

We are GRAWE Ukraine, part of the international financial group GRAWE, which has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for over 25 years. We are looking for a highly qualified engineer to ensure the smooth operation and compliance with corporate standards of our IT infrastructure.

Your key role is to ensure the reliable operation and compliance with standards of all critical IT systems.

Server infrastructure administration:

• Continuous support and administration of a hybrid server park (Microsoft Windows Server and Linux systems).
• Ensuringhigh availability and stable operation of virtual infrastructure based on VMware vSphere (configuration, resource monitoring, incident resolution). 400">
• Configuration, monitoring and support of active network equipment Cisco Systems.
• Working with information security systems (Checkpoint, CrowdStrike).
• Ensuring compliance with all corporate security policies at the infrastructure level.

Key services:

• Understanding the operation of Active Directory (users, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Management of HPE backup systems and data recovery control.
• Proactive monitoring of the health of information systems and prompt response to incidents.

Workplace support:

• Installation, configuration and support of modern user workstations (Windows 11).
• Providing highly qualified technical support to users and participating in solving complex technical issues.

Requirements for the candidate (Hard Skills and processes)

We are looking for an engineer who understands the specifics of working in an international environment:

• Work experience as a system administrator / infrastructure engineer at least 3 years.
• Mandatory work experience in an international companyx or companies with a high level of regulation (financial, insurance, etc.) - understanding of corporate policies, procedures and regulations.
• Deep practical skills in working with VMware vSphere virtualization (vCenter, ESXi).
• Expert experience with Active Directory (GPO, account management records).
• Certain experience working with Cisco network equipment (configuration, diagnostics).
• Experience working with information security systems (Checkpoint, CrowdStrike or similar).
• Knowledge of the English language - for working with technical documentation and communication within the framework of international groups.
• High responsibility, ability to work in accordance with internal IT processes and regulations.
