Requirements:

• higher education in the field of training "law", "economics", "finance", "management", "public management and administration", "civil service" and has at least 3 years of work experience;
• confident PC user, knowledge of MS Office
• must know, implement and be guided by: the Constitution and Laws of Ukraine, decrees and orders of the President of Ukraine, decrees and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders and regulatory documents of Naftogaz of Ukraine
• desire to learn and develop
• ability to work in a team and make independent decisions

Responsibilities:

1. To study and verify information about candidates for filling vacant positions in the company and its structural divisions, to check candidates who are transferred (appointed) to positions, conduct interviews, questionnaires, testing with them, if necessary, using modern methods of revealing hidden information and scientific approaches in the field of personnel security;
2. Develop and implement preventive measures aimed at ensuring information security and maintaining a positive image of the company as an employer;
3. Search for information regarding violation by company employees of the norms of the Company's regulatory documents, as well as legislative acts of Ukraine;
4. Control the fulfillment of the requirements of instructions/recommendations regarding the state of information security at the company's facilities and its structural divisions and provide recommendations for its improvement and modernization.

Working conditions: full social package (official employment, paid vacation and temporary disability), timely salary, five-day working week with days off: Saturday, Sunday.
