We are looking for a leading specialist in personnel administration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education: management / law (master's degree, specialist)
• Experience of work in personnel administration for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and regulatory acts
• Possession of personnel administration skills
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, SAP, SED programs
• Developed communication skills, responsibility, accuracy, literacy, Punctuality
  
  

DUTIES:

• Managing personnel records
• Documentation of hiring, dismissal, transfer of employees, formation of personal files
• Issuance of vacations
• Issue of travel orders
• Checking of time sheets
• Preparation reports at the request of the manager

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work in the city of Kyiv
• Full time
• Work schedule: Mon-Thurs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fri. 8:00-15:45, lunch break from 12:00 to 12:45
• Social package: health insurance, compensation of part of the cost of rest/recuperation, assistance at the birth of a child, etc.
