Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: placement of vacancies, conducting interviews, selection of candidates;
• Designing and maintaining personnel documentation;
• Control over the implementation of regulatory acts on labor matters;
• Resolving conflict situations at the workplace.
• Knowledge of legislation about work, structure and staff of the enterprise

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Higher education in personnel management or a related field;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills.
