KEY DUTIES< /p>

• Admission, dismissal, transfer of employees
• Formation of personal files and P-2 cards of employees
• Keeping records of the personnel of employees
• Formation of the time sheet of employees
• Compilation of personnel administrative documents
• Working with the accounting database
• Entering records regarding the labor activity of employees in the labor book
• Recording of employee sick leaves
• Preparation of established reporting

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE

• Full (basic) higher education
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Confident PC user, practical skills in working with computer software, MS Office
• Ability to work in multitasking mode

• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine
• Knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Vacations"
