Alliance of Ukrainian Civil Society Organizations Alliance of Ukrainian Civil Society Organizations – is an initiative group, an analytical center, which is focused on providing local leadership in responding to humanitarian crises and creating a foundation for recovery processes in Ukraine. 16 Ukrainian CSOs have united around this idea, representing various spheres of activity of Ukrainian civil society – from humanitarian aid to capacity building and development.

The chief specialist in graphic design is an architect. interesting and relevant content that resonates with the target audience and corresponds to the brand strategy. The Graphic Design Lead creates compelling narratives across media formats, using knowledge of language, trends and digital platforms to engage and inform. This role combines creativity and analytics, ensuring not only creative brilliance of content, but also good indicators of audience reach and engagement.

Success indicators:

- Timely preparation of communication products: Your success will be measured by your ability to effectively produce communication products on demand. This includes delivering high-quality content on time.

- Campaign scale and impact: They combine the art of storytelling with the science of user psychology, using design principles and content strategy to create compelling narratives across multiple digital platforms. With a focus on clarity, consistency and context, content specialists play a key role in shaping the way information is perceived and interacted with, making complex information understandable and engaging.

Responsibilities: 

• Developing and writing content for websites, applications, email newsletters and social networks that meets the needs of the target audience.
• Researching industry topics to create original content for various platforms, such as websites and social media.
• Develop content strategies according to short and long-term marketing goals.
• Collaborate with designers and other departments to create high-quality content.
• Editing and proofreading content before publication to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy and brand relevance.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring timely publication of materials.
• Using content management systems to analyze site traffic and user engagement metrics.
• Updating website content as needed and ensuring a consistent digital presence.
• Monitoring content trends and tracking advancements in content technologies and platforms.< /li>
• Conducting a content audit to assess the effectiveness of existing content and identify gaps or areas for improvement

Additional duties:

• Develops the general structure and organization of information
• Structures content for optimal user experience
• Develops overall strategy and content management

Requirements:  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, design or related field.

Work experience

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing or similar position.
• In-depth understanding of content management systems and digital publishing.
• Proven knowledge of social media and networking.

Necessary knowledge and skills

• Experience coordinating communication advocacy campaigns
• Sure visual design skills and familiarity with design software
• Knowledge of strategy and creation of online content
• Experience of working with social networks and various mass media
• Knowledge of current trends in communication advocacy and digital marketing
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of working with artificial intelligence tools.

Languages< /p>

• English - knowledge at a professional level is desirable
• Ukrainian - full professional competence.
