Leading fraud prevention specialist, anti fraud manager in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Anti-Fraud Analyst to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for the detection, investigation and prevention of fraudulent activity while ensuring the security and integrity of our financial transactions. You will collaborate with various departments of the company to develop and implement strategies to minimize fraud risks.

Main responsibilities:

• Identification and analysis of suspicious activities and transactions using specialized analytical tools and techniques;
• Conducting fraud investigations, preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations for further actions;
• Developing and improving policies and procedures for fraud detection and prevention;
• Cooperation with internal and external teams, including legal, security and law enforcement;
• Analysis and monitoring of fraud trends, implementation of the latest technologies and methods to combat them;
• Providing training and advice to employees on detection and prevention of fraudulent activities.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in finance, economics, IT or related fields;
• Experience in anti-fraud or risk analytics (will be an advantage);
• li>Deep understanding of financial products and services as well as major fraud techniques;
• Proficiency with analytical tools and fraud detection software (e.g. SQL, Power BI);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• High level of communication skills, ability to work in a team.
