Basic requirements`< /b>links:

• Planning of activities on issues of CZ and PB;
• Control over the activities of regional divisions and providing them with methodical assistance in organizing work according to the field of activity;
• Determining the need for means of individual and collective protection;
• Keeping records of protective structures of protective structures (ZSZZ); preparation of proposals for the improvement of the system of CZ and PB in the region;
• Control over the planning and conducting of exercises and trainings on the issues of CZ and PB;
• Keeping records of fires;
• Preparation and submission of reports by activity according to the Table;
• Support of officials of state supervision (control) in the field of CG and PB during their scheduled/unscheduled inspections.

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Has a higher education;
• Knows legislation and regulatory documents in the field of civil protection, including fire safety;
• Able to analyze the state of civil protection (CZ) and fire safety (PB), including on the basis of a risk-oriented approach;
• Develops proposals for improving the CK, the fire protection management system and the fire protection complex;
• Knows how to keep records of fire-fighting systems and fire-extinguishing means, means of individual and collective protection;
• Has experience in communication with state supervision (control) bodies in the field of fire protection and fire protection, state administrations and local self-government bodies;
• li>Has experience in conducting inspections of buildings and structures regarding compliance with the requirements of the CZ and PB;
• Previous work experience in the structure of the State Emergency Service (MNES) of Ukraine (advantage) and/or in the field of design or operation of fire protection systems, construction ;
• Purposefulness, sociability, punctuality.
