How we see our future candidate:

• Has a higher economic education in the specialties of "Finance", "Accounting and Audit", "Management", "Enterprise Economy", "International Economy"
• Work experience of 2 years in audit, financial analyst, support of merger and acquisition (M&A) agreements, accounting or any related field
• A confident user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knows the methods of financial analysis, the principles of building the main forms of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Statement of Profits and Losses, Statement of Cash Flows, Report of Changes in Capital)
• Has basic knowledge of national provisions (standards) of accounting, international standards of financial reporting (IFRS)
• Knowledge of the basics of audit theory
• Communicative, ready to work in a team
• Knows how to set priorities correctly and has time management skills
• Goal-oriented and committed to continuous development
• Knows English at the Intermediate level and above

What will be the main responsibilities:

• Participation in the transformation of financial statements according to IFRS
• Checking and analysis of financial statements (including consolidated) for compliance with IFRS, national standards
• Preparation projects of analytical reports within the framework of merger and acquisition agreements support (due diligence)
• Providing advice on improving clients' business processes, internal control systems
• Participation in fraud investigation projects, compliance checks
• Development of financial models for business
• Preparation of business plans for clients
• Conducting research and preparation analytical market reviews
• Analysis and processing of primary documentation
