We are looking for a Leading Expert in the Department of Medium Enterprises and SMEs
Your daily tasks will be:
- Coordinate the activities of the reporting regions (from setting up to monitoring the execution/effectiveness of plans and business indicators)
- Presentation/defense of customer requests at the Credit Committees, communication with various bank services in the process of approval and customer service of the reporting regions
- Meetings with key clients, including business trips
- Participation in the development/optimization of internal bank processes
For successful work, we expect from you:
- higher economic education (preferably in the direction of "Banking", "Finance", "Management"),
- work experience in this direction for at least 2 years, to have experience in management positions - for at least 1 year (for the position of head of the direction),
- ownership of modern computer technology within the framework of the user,
- knowledge of the laws and other normative acts of Ukraine, normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding banking services for clients,
- proficiency in English (at least Upper Intermediate level).
