Main responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor work standards on the bank's internal educational web-platforms
• Provide technological support for the functioning of all platforms
• Analyze the effectiveness of existing business processes for providing employees with educational content. Propose and implement ideas for improvement, optimization of business processes
• Monitor errors in the operation of business processes, analyze causes, propose methods of elimination and minimization of occurrence in the future
• Work with management databases training and participate in the automation of management dashboards
• Start and support communication events on internal platforms used to implement training in the Bank
• Implement training processes on internal platforms and with the help of visual programming processes
• Prepare technical tasks for IT departments

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of bank software and good knowledge of additional Google computer programs
• Understanding of building MySQL or Node-RED queries
• Knowledge of standards and principles of building dashboards
• 
  
• Practical experience with Node-RED will be a big advantage
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details, perseverance
• Tendency to analyze and structure information
