Job description "Lead engineer of the supply department": (the position involves booking an employee) We are looking for a responsible and organized person for employment in the position of "Lead engineer of the supply department" in our company "Aggregate repair plant" in the city of Mykolaiv. Main responsibilities: Organization and control of the procurement process of materials, equipment and other necessary resources for the production and repair of aggregates. Conducting a search for suppliers, evaluating their reliability and choosing optimal conditions of cooperation .Negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, terms of delivery and other commercial conditions.Coordination with the production department to establish optimal delivery schedules and solve problems related to material shortages.Monitoring market trends and analyzing the competitive situation to ensure the selection of optimal suppliers and pricing policies. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 1 year. High level of organizational and communication skills. Ability to work with documentation and conduct analytical work. Knowledge of the supplier market and price policy. Ability to work in a team and make responsible decisions. Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level will be advantage.
