Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine LLC has an open position:

Leading engineer of the procurement department for goods (works) and services

Functional duties:

• Authorized person for public procurement;
• Checking purchase applications for compliance with the requirements of procurement legislation, administrative documents Companies;
• Preparation of procurement documents, which are provided for by legislation in the field of public procurement for the start of procurement;
• Publication of necessary materials in the electronic procurement system;
• Preparation and sending of official memos (hereinafter -SZ) to SEDO for studying the participant's proposal to the responsible units after the deadline for submission of tender offers/auction;
• Signing of draft contracts which are concluded based on the results of auctions and additional agreements to them (verification of compliance with procurement conditions);
• Preparation and storage of documents and materials related to procurement and, after completion of procedural actions, transfer of these materials to the archive in accordance with the procedure established by the Company;
• Preparation and transfer of information and documents within the scope of competence for carrying out claim-lawsuit work;

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Higher education (economic, legal or technical);
• Experience in the field from 3 years;
• A confident user of MS Office, analytical skills, experience in SAP
